Yup, when they got bought out by IPNS customer service declined rapidly.
When it was time for us to renew, we bailed.
I'm really sorry that they're being such dicks about two days, though.
We're with zipcon.net now, and love it. It's basically a one-person operation, but he's great and we've had no problems at all.
